RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At LemourX, we want every purchase to meet your expectations. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
2. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging (including tags, manuals, and accessories, if applicable).

Custom or made-to-order products, and bulk orders (three or more units of the same product) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Please contact us before returning any items. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label . You can either print it at home or show the barcode at your local carrier (depending on availability). The cost of the return label may be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error.
LemourX is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email update to let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund — excluding original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item) and any applicable return label fees — will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
We’ll always do our best to make the process quick and hassle-free.

If a product arrives damaged, the customer is refunded both the product price and the original shipping cost.

If a customer is simply changing their mind, the refund includes only the product price, and original shipping costs are not refunded.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos or videos.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
