Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs may apply.

LemourX is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to courier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
